Sarah Ward assists clients in understanding regulatory and policy issues in the wireless telecommunications industry, including maintaining compliance with the rules and licensing policies of the FCC and state public utility commissions.

Mrs. Ward has worked at the FCC, a boutique telecommunications law firm, and a start-up company that deploys wireless systems for emergency first responders. Her diverse regulatory experience includes expertise in obtaining universal service authority and compliance.

Mrs. Ward received her JD from American University Washington College of Law in May of 2020 where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the American University Business Law Review. She was also Vice President of the Communications and Media Law Society, and a member of the ADR Honor Society, where she participated in both mock mediations and negotiations. While at the University of Florida, she received two undergraduate degrees, cum laude, in Telecommunications and Criminology.

Mrs. Ward is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia under D.C. App. R. 46-A (Emergency Examination Waiver). She is not admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
