Leila Rezanavaz has over thirty years of experience in licensing, designing, and constructing wireless networks. Ms. Rezanavaz has worked with a broad range of telecommunication companies in FCC licensing compliance, RF design, frequency planning and coordination, network construction and optimization, and deployment of emerging technologies. Ms. Rezanavaz has technical knowledge of all telecommunication standards and specifications. For the past 33 years, she has used her expertise in GSM, CDMA, UMTS, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G technologies, along with project management skills, in macro and micro cell implementation to help many domestic and international carriers operate networks, improve service quality, and maintain a competitive edge. Ms. Rezanavaz has also assisted mobile wireless clients in meeting the FCC’s Broadband Data Collection requirements.

Ms. Rezanavaz has received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from George Mason University in 1989. She has received 3G and 4G technology training with Award Solutions.
