Khushboo Bhatia advises clients on legal and regulatory matters in the wireless and wireline industries before the FCC and Capitol Hill. Ms. Bhatia’s background includes experience in spectrum auctions and policy, space law, and a broad range of compliance matters. She has taken part in FCC rulemaking proceedings.

Ms. Bhatia has worked at the FCC, NASA, US State Department, and advised DOD and DHS clients while in public sector consulting. Ms. Bhatia has also worked for Governor Terry McAuliffe, a Fairfax County Circuit Court judge, and in the UK Parliament.

In 2022, Ms. Bhatia received her JD from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where she was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Economics, and Policy and President of the Space Law Society. Ms. Bhatia participated in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition and was an ADR Negotiation Intramural finalist.

Ms. Bhatia received her BA with Honors from George Mason University, where she served as Student Body President and on the Board of Visitors.

Ms. Bhatia is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
