Mr. Cimko focuses primarily on federal and state universal service issues, as well as regulatory issues related to corporate transactions, on behalf of wireless carriers and other service providers. Before entering private practice, he served in management positions at the Federal Communications Commission, in bureaus regulating wireless and wireline communications.

Prior to joining the FCC, Mr. Cimko worked as an Assistant Counsel in the Office of Legislative Counsel, U.S. House of Representatives. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from the School of Government, American University, and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Cimko is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, but is not admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
